Wedding Hairstyles With Headband – At the time, being a hair stylist was the most creative and I love wedding hair and it was my favorite to work on behind the chair. So today I’m sharing my professional hair stylist tips with you on wearing gorgeous headbands as part of your wedding day hair style.

What Type of Hair Works Best: All hair types will look fabulous with the addition of a headband, hair piece, hair comb or hair pin! Whether fine or thick, long or short… the addition of something ultra stylish to your wedding day hair is always a great idea. If you aren’t wearing a veil these elements can be a fantastic substitute and if you are wearing a veil you can easily replace it with a stunning headband for a fresh reception look. Avoid hairspray on all hair pieces (if you can) as it can dull the sparkle of certain designs. Make sure that when your stylist has secured it into your style, that you are 100% comfortable. If any part is uncomfortable it will only get worse as the day progresses.

What Hair Color Looks Best: In this scenario it isn’t what hair color looks best, it’s what color headband will look best on your shade of hair color! And that isn’t a question for me to answer. Off the cuff I can say that lighter colored headbands will pop on any brunette and something ultra sparkly and/or gold will accentuate blondes the best. However, as you can see from the images I’ve selected to share – all these ladies looks stunning no matter what color the hair and band.
